I have lived here almost a year and after reading the reviews all I can say is OMG!!! I agree with alot of the reviews then some of them I don't. You must like kids to live here because there are alot of children. I personally have not had any problems with them being rude, thieves, too noisy etc. but there has been trash in my yard a time or two here recently. Nothing really to make upset. Not knowing until I read these reviews as well, my neighbors make a lot of noise upstairs and it may be due to structure of the complex but bottom line when you are asked to keep it down the least you can do it try, not get ignorant and make up more noise. The management is okay! I have not met everyone in there which I am glad because I don't want to experience being belittled or rudeness. I will say that I don't like the fact that I have told mgmt about BIG SPIDERS in my aparment. I have an infant child who doesn't know to run, scream or yell when she see's one so when I told them about it they did nothing. I could not enter my apartment one day with my child out in the sweltering heat because there were not one but two BIG SPIDERS on my front door. A big black harry spider with a white dot on his back and an even bigger brown one. So with that being said I hope mgmt step up their game and do what needs to be done about that because if my child or myself get's bit then game over!!! I would recommend these apartments to people because they are nice, spacious and conviently located in Norman. I keep to myself and try not to be a bother to any only because I want the same in return. Ultimately, if you are looking to rent come out and check for yourslef don't let these reviews determine your decision but at the same time look out for the things your are reading about because some but not all of it is true.
