We have lived here for a couple years and I can say that when people were complaining about the old management, it is nothing compared to what we have now. I wish the old staff was here because at least they would get things done and not say that they can't get involved. The manager is really to passive aggressive to be a manager and their leasing agent is rude to everyone. I am sure it is a little job security for her. As for the apartments themselves they are okay. They are better than some in Norman. Some of the downstairs apartments flood when it rains, and some second floor apartments leak. The maintenance man that they have is always busy here. He does a good job, but the manager doesn't seem to want to take any preventative messures to keep things up. The grounds look okay compared to what they used to look like. This place used to be really nice and upkept. All kinds of bugs are a problem especially spiders. They do have an exterminator come to the apartments. They used to come to ours once a month, but lately it has been every other month or so. The pool is nice and very well upkept. The gym is old and you have to check out a key to use it. Insulation is pretty poor. Our electric bill is really high for an apartment. I love our neighbors, but the management seems to be letting the place get run down. They act like they don't care anymore. We will be moving when our lease is up. If you can handle all of that then I so more power to you, but it all builds up after awhile.
