pretty much sums up the staff. They are so worried about getting theirs that they don't care how. They charge people for everything! If you break your lease-pay $500 dollars. Want a sattelite' $500 dollars. Clean your apartment and still lose your deposit. They may even charge you extra. The upside is the management changes every year or so. We've lost two managers now because they were straight ripping the place off. We are talking thousands of dollars. I guess you can't train the staff to rip tenants off for you and not expect them to get greedy for themselves. I'd say it's a little bit of corporate karma. Beware of the favortism and descrimination as well. They may offer one family one rent price and offer another a different. They have been caught and called out and still do it. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I agree wholeheartly with your statement. I have experienced and know of others who have experienced every problem you have mentioned and more. I have made a committment to dedicate a few hours of my day to research and investigate as much as I possibly can about the staff and how they have handled affairs in this office setting. After my investion the corporate office will be notified with complete details which will include dates, times, and events of complaints that have been addressed to the CURRENT office staff inside the walls of Chapelridge Apartments.
