My apartment was clean and in good condition when I moved in. I've never had any bug problems. The office staff is friendly and responsive. My only complaint is that the windows are poorly sealed. The cooling/heating issue has been somewhat annoying, and makes it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperatature inside. My electric bills for this apartment routinely run me about $80-110 per month for one person with moderate power consumption. (For comparison, in my previous Norman apartments, I would typically pay about $55-70 per month.)
