We lived here for over a year (Mar 2005 thru July 2006) and were quite happy. Maintenance was pretty good, always a good response time. Our building was quiet but I know there were some pretty serious parties in other parts of the complex. Pool was generally clean and well kept. Management was very friendly and helpful.
No complaints. The place is older, but that makes the rent cheaper! Rent prices were a very good value.
