If you are looking for a no hassle apartment complex, this is it. They have great floor plans for all types of residents at very considerable prices. Security in the area is pretty good with security cameras located in certian spots and maintenence people constantly walking around. As for maintenence, it is down right perfect. They are always on top of things and understanding. Management is the nicest you'll ever get!!!! They will work with you to get you an apartment even if you don't have the best credit. With two pools that are well taken care of and a gas station close by, you feel like you've found a hidden paradise. Noise is hardly ever an issue even though sometimes you do hear of a party going on in the complex. But hey, at least it gives you something to go and meet new people and have a good time. These apartments are older but they are very clean as well as nicely taken care of. Large closets and open spaces seem to be the theme for many of the floor plans. The only thing that they dont allow is pets, which is understandable, they want there apartments to be clean and the grass to be free of dog remains. As i said befor, this is the best place to rent, PERIOD!
