Referring to: 2051C This apartment building is in a fine area. We lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath in the back part of the complex. The apartment was old and very little of it was remodeled. I hated that they did not allow cats or dogs. But it was big and the closets were great! The apartment was an oven in the summer and a freezer in the winter. The temp was always uncomfortable. The utilities for this place were outrageous! We paid about $150 a month just for heat & a/c. I paid $475 which is much cheaper then rent where I come from, but in the area I found that there were plenty of apartments cheaper and probably with better A/C's, allowing pets, quieter and more up to date!

The grounds were ok, I really like the huge trees and secluded feeling, the lights were often burnt out. The medal stairs get VERY icy as well as the sidewalks which NO ONE does anything about! Often there were many beer cans and trash around which no one ever seemed to clean up.
