This place had numerous problems while I lived there. Junked cars that never moved, shrubs and trees encroached the sidewalks in some areas and the grounds are never watered except near the office. Packs of loud, trespassing skateboarders often disturb the peace of the complex as well as tenants who fill the need to blast their stereo or burn rubber no matter what hour of the day or night it maybe. Management would claim that they would help rectify these problems, but in the end, nothing would ever be done to solve these simple but annoying problems.
