Dead man left for a week

I heard a man died and was left for a week in an apartment complex owned by Case & Associates. Wouldn't want to get that apartment. I also heard from an old resident that the man had put in a maintenance request of some sort the day before he died. Renter beware of renting from any complex owned by this company. They are questionable to say the least.
