I lived at Cimarron about 1.5 years ago, and it was terrible. I had lost a roommate at my former place and had very little time to find a new apartment. I was trying to keep my cost low since I would be living alone. Well, I definitely got what I paid for. It was disgusting.

The management was clueless. At least twice they lost my rent check, they told me that my vents were clean when I complained of a terrible odor when actually there were dead rats in them, and when I moved, they charged me all these fees because the kitchen drawers were broken when I had clearly stated on my paperwork that they were broken when I moved in.

I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I have since bought a home, and I am so glad I moved out of that place after 6 months.

your such a liar!! i live here with my roomate and we both talked to several residents randomly before moving in and we love it, it's really quiet. the office staff is really kind and helpful,.... i do have children a door down who love to run up and down the stairs... but thats the worst thing!! i will live here untill i buy a home

Oh no! She is a straight shooter. I lived in that hole for many years; it is indeed a dump and a nightmare. Many of the negative comments posted with in are accurate and they do indeed try to throttle you when you move out by with holding as much of your deposit as possible.

I agree completely. There are much better apartments in Norman ... don't waste your money! The management and maintenance are TERRIBLE! We are moving out next week!
