When we moved in, we were disappointed. Everything was dirty. I had to use bleach just about everywhere.I have taken lots of pictures. Sure, I could have complained, but they don't clean when you are in. The apartments were built in 1984 and it looks as though the same appliances are still here. Every week something breaks down. Sometimes it does seem that the office personnel are not so much clueless, but overwhelmed because of too many complaints. I just think Case & Assoc. is a terrible management company.

I agree completely! There are better apartments in Norman for the price! Check out the other reviews ... several other people have had similar problems!
