I'm moving out because i got a new job, and I used this website to look at new apartments. I've rarely read good reviews which made me realize that most people using this site are the few who hated it and all readers should understand that they may not reflect the complex accurately.
This place is considerably nicer to my last 2 apartments in Norman...see Bishops Landing. Cimmaron is quiet, residents are respectful. There were incidents of tire slashings but it was not isolated to this complex. My maintenance problems were fixed quickly, although my friends who recently moved in found it took more than a week to get their dryer fixed. They were upset, but they still think this place is considerably nicer than other apartments in Norman.
Laundry room is dumpy. Best of all is the location. The apartments are on the west side of town, far away from the loud and annoying college students.
For a college town this is one of the better apartment complexes that you will find that will not break your bank.
The girls in the office have always been friendly to me and have quickly answered my questions. Again, they are much better managers than at my last apartment.

Yeah right, your in a college town-it's those annoying college students as you say that put this towns finances as well as yours probably in order!
The fact that you refer to the women in the office as girls-tells where your state of mind is at!
Get a life and live like the rest of the real people!
