I disagree-with the positive comments-first of all the manager like at all complexes played politics with the tenants-if they do not care for a tenant, they do not fix-or address problems, presented by that tenant.
I myself did not make it a point, to go in the office daily, or even monthly, at times-
Many times I had to call the same maint. problems in over and over-and still they never got fixed. The maint. men were lazy and rude, and this reflected on the property!
Again, only if you suck up to the manager will anything go in your favor and I dare anyone to say differently!
Oh, and by the way, if you are a woman-you are out of luck with this complex-unless you can wow the manager, because you have a high power job,or a job of prestige or you are a physically attractive person, otherwise you are a nobody-to them!
P.S. when I was there, the manager discussed my business with my immediate neighbors-there is not any privacy, between management and tenant--and I thought the gossiping was beneath them and cheapened that business terribly!

This place is not worth the money. You don't even get that much space. The walls are super thin and there are always people partying and nothing gets done.
