My roommate and I rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. For being the first apartment I'd lived in I liked it. I would recommend it. I would still be living there if it weren t for my roommate moving in with her boyfriend. The complex primarily had college students, and OU grad students, and some professors. There are also some small famillies. I must remind you that I rented here a while ago, but it seems to have improved with age. I am pre-leasing a 2 bed TH this time around and have already seen the apt and met my neighbors.
I ll list the pros and cons below:
Pros:
Utilities were all included.
A short walk away from the bus stop. It runs until 9.
There are two laundry rooms with about 4 or more washers and 4 or more dryers in each. I forget the cost, I think it is a dollar
The manager is very helpful and professional when dealing with maintenance requests as well as keeping the grounds up. You could see him out working on something every day. He was readily available to answer any questions or just chat for a second. He also kept us well informed of anything going on around the complex. (Ex. when the siding was repainted.)
No bug infestations. Always a plus!!!
washer/dryer hookups are available
The appliances worked fine.
Very safe location and tenants are screened well.
