My rent has been raised twice after living here approximately two years with nothing to show for it. No improvements have been made whatsoever. I was paying $385 when I first moved in and now I pay $420. There are constant problems with the dryers in the laundry room. The complex is in dire need of a paint job. Of the times I?ve requested maintenance be done on the apartment, only about 60% of the time have the problems even been responded to. Also, there is an individual that works in the office that is often rude and harassing. That primarily sums up my experience here at Clarendon apartments. I will be moving when my lease is up.
