THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS SOME OF THE RUDEST MANAGERS I HAVE EVER MET. I HAVE BEEN IN A FEW OTHER COMPLEXES AND NEVER HAVE I HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS. THE POOL IS NEVER CLEAN, THE PARKING LOT IS DARK, THERE ARE SCARY INDIVIDUALS WALKING AROUND ON THE WEEKENDS. I INFORMED THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS A COUPLE OF TIMES AND HE DOENS'T SEEM VERY CONCERNED WITH THE SAFETY OF OUR RENTERS--AND IT SHOWS SINCE THE LIGHTS ARE OFTEN OUT IN THE PARKING LOT. DON'T LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. THEN JUST STAY IN AFTER DARK! NOT ON MY TOP LIST. BEWARE MANAGERS SEEM NICE AT FIRST! AND INSTEAD OF PARKING IN THIER OWN PARKING LOT THEY LIKE TO TAKE UP THE SPACES OF THE RENTERS-THERE IS ADEQUATE PARKING IF YOU WANT TO PARK 20 SPACES AWAY FROM YOUR UNIT.
