OH what a tangled web the management weave, when first they practice to deceive.

well what can you say. let?s start off this way.
1) the WORSE MANAGEMENT in the history of rental property. if you want rude, deceiving, inconsiderate, hateful, sneaky, prejudice, money grabing liars, then try this place.
2) when it rains, or any other occasions the sewage problems are quite "smelly" for a loss of words. for example: don?t go too near a sink when it rains because you will get a nice whiff of a bad "FART" smell.
3) OH and yes the closet problem. there is no light switch to turn on to find what clothing you are wearing for the day. their fix for this problem is a "tap light", yes folks a "tap light." as you tap, there is a FAINT glow of light. it takes four AA bateries. so stock up!! not even worth having. my advice on this one, "buy a flashlight!"
4) the bathroom. no proper ventilation. sounds like a mold problem to me. they do have a nice wall space heater. from experience after a nice non pressured shower as you step out to dry off, don?t bend over and burn your ass on the heater. free tatoo service!
5) ah yes the kitchen. the cabinets are built too low. so forget about fitting some of your appliances under them. the refrigerator problems consist of sometimes temperature changes without you doing it. resulting in frozen food and beverages and that isn?t even in the freezer part. advice on this, buy a temp gage for your meats!
6) grounds, parking, and safety. there is no lighting in the parking area, except for their little light on their back door entrance. also they use the tenants parking for their own car use, leaving us to try to find other spaces. all for their benefit. it is a scary situation when you come home at night with all of the shrubs/bushes and no lighting to see what is going on. so either watch your back or take a lesson in karate! the grounds are usually covered with pine cones and leaves. so watch where you are stepping or you could possibly hurt an ankle or leg.
7) in an overall view of my findings of the experience of living under clarendon properties, DON?T DO IT! you really do get what you pay for here. not only are the living conditions poor, but you also get a bonus of being treated like a nobody. it is all about money to them.
in closing i would like to make a comment on a past rating.
i thought that the manager of these properties was fred dowell. i had no idea there is a new manager in town named
"BOB SMITH!" what a load of CRAP! hope you have enjoyed this experience of wonderful information. have a great day!
