If you want to stay in a place that offers reasonable accomodations at a good price, Clarendon is the place. The only tenants who seem to have a problem here are the ones who break the rules. Most of the residents are students, and for the most part like the location, managment and spacious apts. The mgt is pretty tough on bad tenants, which makes it better for everyone. Sometimes mgt does use parking, but that is because it seems all the apts are occupied, which must be a good thing. They are reasonable on the deposit, only $150, and they are reasonable on paying the rent. It is due on the first but not late until after the 5th. They also allow you to put in thru the mail slot after hours. I would think for the price, to look for perfection is ludicrous. I have been here for three years, and have lived in several apts, and these are on the top of the list. The manager is always available and is very fair and honest.
