I lived in Squire Village. It was the WORST apartment I have had thus far. I didn't even live there a YEAR!!! The plumbing SUCKS!!! Our bath tub drained VERY slow. I put so many chemicals down it but nothing helped. Then the bathroom sink started acting up. I poured about 6 bottles of chemicals down that. And, sometimes the kitchen sink stopped up...thankfully it had a garbage disposal to pull the water down. So be ready to invest in some liquid drain opener. The plumbing is so old and the owners do anything they can to keep from replacing stuff. They will fix it up to make it look good, but not to permanently fix the problem. That just costs too much!!! As for it being quiet...the old man next to us had the habit of blasting his music in the middle of the day. So I wouldn't count on that!!!! And, the parking sucks!!!! For real I would avoid this place. I have lived in better maintained apartments. FIND THOSE!!!!!!!!!!!! And, I do agree...the maintenance ppl were quick and friendly. I enjoyed visiting with them. :)
