I have lived here since 2007 and am obviously content if I'm still here. I am THRILLED with my renewal rate, which was reduced ALOT due to the economy this time around. I mean, who does that'' ---- is a classy and astute manager. I was prepared for a small increase, but to get my rent reduced' It was a welcome surprise.
What I like:
Location
Size
Price
Ability to pay rent, submit service requests and email the office online
Social events
Walking distance to campus, gas station, banks, ets.
What I don't: (Even the best has it's down size, right')
Paint - Not a fan of the "light" paint, but not a deal breaker
Appliances - Prefer the black, but not willing to pay what other complexes charge just for this one upgrade
Recycling - There is recycling here, but could use more bins that are in better locations. They are located at Homeland which is 1/2 blk away
That about does it for me. I am a well educated, hard working person that appreciates getting a good value for my hard earned dollar and Clarendon provides that. The office staff is always nice, even when someone is being a ---- to them and the maintenance has always been done within 24-48 hours.
Overall, Great experience and I will continue to stay. Personally, I recommend this place, but to each his own. ---- is good at getting rid of any troublemakers.

Any positive review posted on this website is provided by the Manager, ---- ------. The negative reviews are honest and should seriously be considered. It is comical to read these reviews...Almost every one has a complaint about this nutcase. If I were Mr. ------, of ------ Properties, I would get rid of the only trouble maker at Clarendon Apartment and Townhomes - His brother, ---- ------. Good luck to those of you searching for an apartment! Pass this one up!
