Ok, so I've lived here a few years now. Here are the positives that I see...#1-New management that really tries hard to be helpful and timely. #2-Apartment wide events to help promote community. #3-New maintenance guy who actually fixes things in a timely manner (most of the time). The negatives....#1-The apartments are overpriced. I'm paying $475 for a 1 bd. #2-The apartments are older so expect alot of maintenace issues. I have had numerous problems with heat/AC, drainage issues, oven problems, insects (especially ants), etc. #3-Older appliances. I guess they work ok but they are REALLY retro. #4-This property used to be quiet (which is what attracted me) but it has begun to get rowdy over the years. Expect a cop or ambulance to make an appearance at least once a week. Also, there is alot of domestic issues (at least in my section) that results in alot of yelling and cursing through the night. Late night parties are at an all time high as well (guess that could be a or a -). Just do your homework before signing a lease.

Management is a con artist, don't go there, don't trust Bonnie with your elderly folks she will say one thing then do another, a mental case. One day she was ranting an ill tenant was resonsbile for all the roaches, couldn't come back but when she learned the tenant had MONEY she bent over backward to get the tenant back! She wants access to their money! This is not an idle statement, it is a fact. She blames the tenants for the roaches and they are all in the apartments due to lack of appropriate care and maintanence. Don't trust this place, it's the hights of crime and the manager is one of the criminals.
