I lived here in 2004. I hear they've been remodeled, but I'll give my opinion anyway. Our Air conditioning did not work the 1st month I moved in. IN JULY! The management was very nice, but I think they were feeding me a BS story about it. Other than that, everything was acceptable. There were a few creepy crawlies, but you get that in older apartments & trashy neighbors.
