the first week i moved in somone was shot to death in mobster style assasination in nearby trailer park , it shocked me & set the tone for the rest of my stay.This weekend i here someone yelping the cries of a fresh mugging victim ,"PLEASE I HAVE MONEY ,"met with the thick hard k-thud of fist hitting head & head hitting breezeway.The troubling thing is that this is not out of the norm here at echo of spain apts.You would of course think that any good quietloving law abiding tennents hearing these things could take comfort in the fact that one of the advertised ammenities of the complex is on site 24 hr courtesy patrol,my experiance was not a single one of my calls where served by patrol on instance of call ,always had to talk office staff , which has been a different individual every month the whole year i been here,filthy laundry rooms ,this is boderline squaller, not safe something should be done,like my freakin lease!
