I am really pleased with the new office staff here at Echo of Spain. The ladies are very friendly, helpful and will just sit and talk with you anytime. The new maintenance staff is great and gets things done in a timely manner. It is taking the new crew time to clean up some of the things that prior management didn't do but, for the most part they are doing a great job and working very hard at getting everything completed. I was considering moving until work orders I had requested to be completed for 3 months were completed within 24 hours! I am now happy with my new home and plan on staying a long time.

fyi, the previous managemtn company, amg, was owened by the wife of the current president of mcsha. same old people running the place.
