I lived in Emerald Greens for three years. During that time, I had to have my entire living room wall replaced due to mold. Their solution was to paint over the mold, but I insisted they replace it all. For 2 weeks, I could not use half of my apartment because they were very slow getting the stuff reparied. They also had to spray my tub because the paint was peeling. It was so toxic and made me and my dog sick and we had to stay in a hotel for the night (that they would not pay for!) The residents are a little ghetto. The only reason I stayed is becuase I hate moving and I had painted my apartment and liked the way it looked. My girlfriend and I kept to ourselves and made do with it as a college apartment. The management on site and at McSha are morons who could care less what the problem is. I WILL NEVER LIVE IN A MCSHA PROPERTY AGAIN!!!
