I've stayed in Emerald Greens Apartment, and honestly they have very poor management skills as a whole... That's if they can keep the same management! I think someone needs to give them a dictionary to be able to look up the word RESPONSIBILITY! They are the very opposite of that...
I tried with them on several occasions but between vehicles getting broke into, very rude and loud neighbors, the famous "Let me put in your work order" the apartment complex is a big joke! They have limited space in units, flip a coin it might or might not work when it comes to the appliances, toilets, heating & air, etc...
Look I understand that the complex is older than others so they should be paid off by now!!! Why are the prices so high when so much is wrong with these units what are folks really paying for... All I'm saying is y'all got to do better (I almost cried cause I was so happy that my lease was up) Tears of Joy!!!

Yes, we did get new management frequently, but that was because the company was trying to find someone that could take the problems and turn them around. Sorry for the unpleasant experience you may have had, but the problems are being resolved.
