It's okay

I lived at Emerald Greens for almost 2 years. When I first moved in I thought to myself it was okay for the rent. The rent was relatively cheap at around $405. However, after my first year, they increased the price by $50 although, if anything, the place became a little worse. The laundry facilities are always dirty and the same applies to the grounds, park, and swimming pool. Also, some tenants pay even cheaper rent. Which leads to an overall decrease in the level of neighbors you will have. Overall, for the same rent or maybe even a little more you can definitely find something a lot better.
