I lived at Forest Pointe for only 3 months, and I hated every minute of it. The apartments were very small and outdated. Also, there was only one maintainance guy that could not get things done. I didn't even get an air filter until a month after I lived there. The office staff is terrible. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. JoAnn especially, wouldn't know how to be an assistant manager if she tried. She is the rudest thing I have ever met. I broke my lease and paid a termination fee just to get out. The parking is awful, and the office does not care if residents have a place to park. They just informed me that it's "first come, first serve." I'm sorry, but when I'm paying rent, I want somewhere to park. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!
