I hate living at Forest Pointe

I have lived at Forest Pointe for about 4 months and I am deeply unhappy with the entire complex. My shower leaks after 3 visit from maintenance, my toilet runs in my other bathroom, police where at my building every night for a week, and I hear every yelled word that my neighbors have. I have told everyone I know never to rent here. It is overpriced for what it is.
