Forest Pointe is the worst apartment I have ever rented. They were nice at first, but they never fixed a clogged toilet for the year that I lived there. The apartment had a weird smell( I later found out an earlier tenant had puked underneath my couch)they charged me for little stuff when I moved out($40 for a door, $25 to throw away a box, etc.) Horrible people and even worse value for the apartment conditions.
