Nice setting,good maintenance,office procedures somewhat rude/unprofessional

I've really enjoyed this apartment.
Maintainace is always done quickly and cheerfully.
There seems to be quite a turn over in
office managers and, more often than not, they are rude and unprofessional particularly when
monetary issues arise.
