I have been a resident here for over 6 months and have a few issues with the apartments. I have called in a few work orders to be completed, such as every light in my apartment not working. Since they are 15 feet up in the air I cannot reach them with a foot stool and it would require a ladder. Although they still have not shown up for that, It was mentioned day one and once every other week I call in.

I live in a treehouse and dont have any problems with the neighbor that shares it. They are hardly ever here, it does wobble a bit but thats to be expected, crime,noise,danger doesnt seem to be an issue. People outside being loud sometimes or cars driving by with music up isn't such a big deal. After all, these are apartments and not an individuals home. All in all its decent if your just getting in and out.
