Forest Pointe is NOT a good place to live merely because when you move out, they charge you outrageously for things you didn't even do! They blamed us for ruined carpet after a toilet flooded after I had vacated. My roommate, however, had to stay on an extra month because they lied to her about having one bedroom ready for her...she didn't even know it had occurred because my bedroom was no longer being used. They charged us for the entire repair of the apartment. It was crap and remains so. DO NOT LIVE AT FOREST POINTE.
