Office Management is horrendous

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Office personnel are rarely in the office making it very difficult to pick up packages or even pay rent. They are also extremely rude when they are present (not all, mainly the manager). Finally, the landlord will randomly try to charge you twice or three times the late charges stated in the lease.
