I would not recommend living at Forest Pointe. When I moved in, several years ago. It was a nice place with lots of trees. Now the apartment complex is falling apart. The buildings are in bad repair, and the management seems to be leasing units with like six or more people living in one apartment. The people in the management office are rarely help and usually seem annoyed by having to deal with tenants. The A/C in my apartment broke over and over again through out the years. I had to call three times to get someone to stop water leaking into my apartment due to a hole in the roof. Overall I would avoid Forest Pointe.

you are so right very bad place and bad maintance the old man is rude and a scary person
