White Trash City! At first, this place didn't seem all that bad... until we got neighbors...and actually attempted to use the complex facilities. Nothing is kept up around this place... I think the pool might have been clean and open for a total of 1 month all season. The laundry facilities are disgusting and can barely accommodate the number of tenants in the complex. 2 or 3 of the 10 dryers they DO have are broken (but you would never know... they aren't marked for broken so keep on wasting your quarters) and numerous washers will do nothing for your clothes except soak them in water and drain. Oh, and don't even waste your time trying to get the attention of the "maintenance man" , because the importance of whatever your problem may be; will be determined by whether or not the maintenance man and the office lady's relationship is going well that day. SERIOUSLY! This place is a HUGE JOKE. All of the roads through the complex are one-way, which is fine... unless your are an incompetent forest pointe tenant. Yesterday there were even cars PARKED in these one-way roads. Now, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that if you park in a one-way road you will be blocking all traffic. Oh, and don't get me wrong, I like kids. However, if you don't absolutely love EVERYONES kids do not even consider living here. I have walked outside to dirty faced, shoeless kids playing ON TOP of my car, interrupted by 10 year olds (who should be in school) playing a nice game of ding dong ditch, and harassed almost daily from someone's child knocking on my door trying to sell kittens or asking me if I would drive them around (which I have done numerous times) to find their absent mom or siblings. So basically, to sum it all up... you might be better off living in the trailer park across Classen...Im sure the rent is cheaper and at least you would be further from the road noise of highway 9.

I couldn't agree more. Don't forget about the bikes in the trees, the people selling newspapers for a "scholarship", or the mushroom cloud of marijuana smoke that hovers over the place.
