It's not Park Ave in NY mind you so you get what you pay for. Rent is decent, the feel of the complex is "campy" and "rustic". Not sure about the ammenities as I don't use them. Mind you, this is a college town and it seems this complex is primarly students, even so, it is a some what quiet complex except for a few loud ones. All in all, it's good for it's price.
