I am regretting signing a one year lease in this complex. Office doesnt know how to pick up the phone or return calls. Maint. is slow...IF they even show up at all. Appliances are old and dingy. The infestation of bugs, spiders and what ever else is horrible. The place is dark and the "rustic" look they boast about should read "we are calling it rustic so we dont have to maintain upkeep". The price is not worth the square footage, my fault, I should have dont better research before signing the lease. Also, the office staff is very unprofessional, discussing other peoples stuff in front of other tennants. The things I heard when I walked into the office and they didnt even have the decency to stop talking when I walked in. I WAS thinking about getting a small dog like my neighbor has, when asked about the pet deposit the office gave me a quoate but my neighbor said he didnt have to pay a deposit. Seems like rent price and deposits are based on their decesion of who and what they want charge. Its just not a fun experience for my first apartment and I am counting down the months till my lease is up.
