lived here for about 2 months and ready to pack it up already!!! this has got to be the worst complex in norman, overpriced and trashy!! the women in the office are the most hateful, unprofessional people i've encountered in a long time (i think the manager used to deliver pizza to me)the older lady in the office is just crude. they seem to be on a power trip or something. the maintenance staff is a joke, 1 person and there are kids running everywhere, small kids, and trash everywhere you look. oh and don't bother going to them about a problem in your apartment, they talk to you like you are dirt. sorry but when i hand someone money each month for rent, i expect to be treated in a fair manner, not be talked down to like i'm some piece of trash. i've already been in contact with the company that owns the complex and have learned that they have had other complaints about the management, i was assured that they would forward my complaint to the appropriate departments( i hope they follow through). stay away from this complex!!!!!
