It's Ok for a start...

I just moved here.. it's nothing special.. the pool is ok.. the only problem are the children.. (TOO MANY!!) the apartments.. are ok.. i would say bigger than normal, and if u compare it to the price of the rent.. is a good price. The maintenance.. well.. i didnt work for me.. let's say.. i had to beg for a week.. to get something fix.. the personnel at the office is very helpful.. the seem to take care of you.. the landscaping.. is ok.. nothing special.. basketball court needs to be fixed and re-painted. what really is a problem here.. is the parking.. but if u are looking for a nice place at a cheap price.. this is where you need to come.. people is friendly.. but.. too many children!!
