Bad nasty place

Well if you don't mind leaving around lots of trashy people who let there kids run loose at all hours of the day, or that several of the apartments have horrible mold that they just spray bleach on and paint over this might be the place for you O and one last thing if you dont mind your plumbing always being backed up and the fact they have no real maintnence man then this is the place for you, lets not forget that the courtesy officer is too busy getting drunk to answer calls about noise complaints so you will just have to call the police
