Years at this apartment: 2009-01-01 - 2009-01-01

Trashy neighbors that mooch money and food.
NO PARKING WHAT-SO-EVER!
ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!!
And SEVERE ant problems.
Plus mold.
Nothing ever gets repaired (including air conditioners, doors, toilets---THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!)
and the maintenance man cares about the pool and nothing else.
You can't walk to the mail boxes without getting hit on by nasty older black men.
And to break your lease--let's just say unless you money, it won't happen.
I'm getting outta here ASAP!!!!!

-I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!!!!
