| Trashy neighbors that mooch money and food. NO PARKING WHAT-SO-EVER! ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!! And SEVERE ant problems. Plus mold. Nothing ever gets repaired (including air conditioners, doors, toilets---THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!) and the maintenance man cares about the pool and nothing else.
