a little pricey for what you get

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
My apartment was very drafty in the winter. I had to cover the window and doors with blankets and towels to help keep it warm inside. The kitchen is TINY!!! I can't do much in there. Storage is lacking.
The guy that lives upstairs plays insanely loud Metallica at all hours of the day. He recently acquired a cat that meows all the time. He thunders up and down the stairs, slams his door, and he and his girlfriend fight all the time. The girl next door also got a puppy that barks a lot.
Haven't had any problems with management.
The layout of the complex is annoying. Very tight driving.
