When I moved in with my room mate (both of us being female) we asked about crime, and were told they never had any problems. The night I moved in there was an attack on a women, and later another attack and a auto theft within the 6 months that I stayed there.

We had a leaky toilet that we could not get fixed, and out water bill ran at over $100 dollars for three months straight.

When we moved out we had problems with the management staff being rude and uninformed about their own policies. They had a move in special in which we were to be refunded $100 dollars of our first months rent. They claimed there was no thing and they did not have such a policy at the time we moved out.

On the brighter side I lived where I could see the pool and small pond, and though they never really kept the pool clean there was a nice view of nature.
