As a few of the other reviews have stated the apartments are small and overpriced, this is true, especially if you live downstairs. I do think the grounds are pretty except in my section there is no grass and everytime it rains it feels like I'm at woodstock. Managment is nice enough, never had any problems. One thing I would like to mention is the bugs. The apartments are very woodsy, lots of trees and there's a lot of open land next door. So bugs are a bit of a problem, granted they spray every six months, but still not a week went by without me finding spiders. On two occasions I caught two live scorpions scampering across my floor. YUCK! There's also the train, which never bothered me, but it might bother you. You should only move here as a last resort, there's much better deals to be found in Norman.
