I've lived here for three school years in three different units. Some have been better than others; check out the one you'll be living in before you commit. The nicest feature INMHO is the quietness. Never any parties, etc. I also like the trees and shade; it looks sort of like Colorado when it snows. The apartments are rather old. Trim work is not much to look at, the apartments are dim, etc.
