I've spent the last year in Hampton Woods and I can say that I'm mostly pleased with the experience. If I wasn't leaving the state in a month, I'd probably renew.
The parking is plentiful, but you have to navigate tight spaces sometimes. I've never had a noise complaint, and the buildings themselves are well maintained.
The appliances are rather dated in my unit, but it was fixed pretty quickly when it died.
If you can stand the price tag, move into this pretty, pretty community!
