I lived here for a little over two years while I was still at OU. I just happened to live next door to the model apartment which sounds great, but when mgmt/maintenance lets their families & friends stay there...for FREE and somehow YOUR electric bills go through the roof..you begin to wonder. Supposedly had a leak in my upstairs apartment to my downstairs neighbor...they would knock on my door to "investigate" outside business hours more than once..never could find the source of this leak. Repaired roof of my building, which had a skylight in it, found nails, trash, and roofing shingles in my living room when I came home from work that day. They gave a flippant apology & never make any reparations to me. Stair hand rail was rotted through..hand went throught the day I moved in. The stairs were in various stages of rot as well. No complaint was ever taken seriously there; they thought since that I was a college student, I couldn't possibly have any idea what I was talking about. Again, you could do better!!
