These apartments are crappy. I wrote the review "ehh...they are alright I guess" last year and I couldn't have been more wrong. I had brown recluse spiders...YES...I said BROWN RECLUSE...and these people couldn't care less. I'm horribly afraid of spiders and they did NOTHING until I threatened to call the BBB or the Health Department on them. Then they just sent someone out that did I don't know what because I wasn't there. They were gone for a while but came back. They were nested outside of my door under the wood and also came up through my pipes and down through the electrical openings from the light fixtures. They were all over the place and I'm not exaggerating one bit. The office staff SUCKS and that Joan lady is rude. I hated it there and couldn't wait to get out. They suck money out of you. Tiny apartments, crappy staff, they guys mow the lawn at like, 6 in the morning and blow leaf blowers at your window, my window didn't even have a way to lock it because it was broken, poor insulation, SPIDERS, it was muddy EVERYWHERE and I wondered half the time what they were mowing. Don't live here.

spiders are not poisonous here although there are lots... and the mowing takes place more about 8 in the morning.. insulation does suck. joan can be pretty rude, although she has been nice a time or two.

I have never had a problem with Joan. She's never been ANYTHING but nice to my husband and myself in our two plus year stay here so far. Spiders can be a problem, but if you don't like spiders, dont' moved to a wooded apartment complex, or ask that they spray monthly rather than quarterly. They will oblige, as they have with a neighbor/friend when he requested thsi service. Pest control comes out once a month anyway, so it's not a big deal to have them get one extra apartment. I concur with the insulation, but hopefully with the renovations, that will change...maybe some double-paned glass or soemthing along those lines.
